Specialised R&D
We carry out much of our own research & product developments in house, focusing on:
- Force / position sensory feedback control mechanisms
- Web enabled robotics
- Applied haptic technology
- Self learning robotic control architectures
- Telerobotic systems
- Wall & ceiling climbing robotic mechanisms
- Flying robotic mechanisms
The key motivations to the above R&D disciplines are:
- Develop technology and novel robotic applications that inspire creative thought & motivate the team
- Develop technology that currently exists - but is too expensive for our products
- Develop technology that currently exists - but is not robust enough for our product applications
- Develop technology that does not exist or limited in specification/function - that our products need
- Develop novel robotic applications by combining existing technology in ways not done before
- Develop technology and novel robotic applications to have fun !
We realise that a key to our success is to grow further relationships with established research institutions / universities and forge partnerships with innovative robotic based companies throughout the world including Europe & USA.
We also keep up to date with robotic technology, latest research & markets by participating in international conferences
