How do we ensure that credit card payments are secure?
If you make a purchase at NeuroRobotics you will be required to make payment with a credit or debit card. All credit card payments are processed on behalf of NeuroRobotics by PayPal and not by NeuroRobotics itself
Our premises are protected by alarms and 24 hour manned security, and door access codes. We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection, and antivirus software runs with regular updates. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your user data under our control.
Credit & debit card data is entered into a virtual terminal running on Paypal’s web server, and all data is encrypted from the point of entry and data transmission to the Paypal servers. No credit or debit card data is stored either electronically or on paper, and only entered directly into the PayPal terminal over a secure encrypted session.
Stand alone, non networked data entry computers are password protected and can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
All credit card payment transactions are processed over a secured SSL connection between your internet browser and PayPal's servers and are encrypted at all times.
