After Sales Support Package - Platinum
- 1 year limited Warranty for parts & labour
- Full email & telephone technical support during warranty period
- Password access to software libraries for robot co-processor firmware enhancements, Windows Tool enhancements & application design notes * This also cover upgrades to any of the specialised software options already purchased. (& Xscale Linux machine if purchased )
- Password access to software libraries for an array of Host controllers (details in brochure)
- Access to beta trials of specialised developed software
- Delivery & Setup of Robot to anywhere in UK **
- Up to 24 hours training **/+/+++
- NeuroWeb™ Remote maintenance system & free setup anywhere in UK **. This system enables NeuroRobotics to train end users, support, configure & maintain the NeuroArm™ 3.3 LX & NeuroManipulator™ 1.0 System remotely via the web – thus providing rapid support in real time. This feature is not currently available for the 3.1 LE & 3.2 SE.
12 % discount for educational use if NeuroRobotics terms & conditions are met. Payments can also be spread over 1 year for all After Sales Service packages if required.

* this covers enhancements to existing software already purchased with any of the 3 models. This does not cover other application software options that need to be purchased separatley
** This service is available outside the UK, if the customer contributes to reasonable expenses we would not otherwise incur in the UK ( e.g flights )
+ Any training in excess of these times will be charged at our standard hourly rate
+++ Training normally held at NeuroRobotics Ltd. training centre. On site training can be arranged if reasonable expenses are paid by customer.
Renewable yearly service contracts are also available upon request.
